Health & Safety policy statement

o Foynes Engineering Ltd. will ensure that arrangements are in place for the effective planning, development and review of this health and safety policy statement.

o Management will ensure that appropriate systems are developed and maintained for the effective communication of health and safety matters throughout the organisation.

o Foynes Engineering Ltd. will provide the necessary information, instruction and training to employees and others, including temporary staff to ensure their compliance with respect to health and safety.

o Management considers that health and safety rules are equal in importance to all other business functions and will therefore attach equal importance to achieving health and safety targets.

o Foynes engineering ltd. will develop the necessary resources in the form of finances, equipment, personnel and time to ensure health and safety. The assistance of expert help will be sought where the necessary skills are not available within the company.

o Foynes engineering ltd. will liaise and work with all necessary persons to ensure health and safety. The company will also ensure that all adequate arrangements are in place to ensure the health and safety of visitors.

o Foynes engineering ltd. believes in constantly improving health and safety standards and performance. It will, to this end, endeavour to ensure that all relevant statutes, regulations, and codes of practice are complied with. The minimum standards that will be adopted by the company are those required by law, although the company will always seek to exceed these where there is a demonstrable benefit.

o Foynes engineering ltd. recognises that safety is the responsibility of everyone within the organisation and is not just a function of management. Supervisors will have specific duties and responsibilities to comply with the letter and spirit of company policy. Employees will have specific responsibilities to take reasonable care of themselves on others who could be affected by their actions and to co-operate with management in achieving the standards required. The company will monitor their performance along with their other duties.

o Foynes engineering ltd. will ensure that health and safety is fully integrated into the management and decision-making processes within the organisation.

o Foynes engineering ltd. will set up a system to ensure the accidents and 'near misses' are fully investigated and appropriate action taken to reduce the likelihood of their occurrence.

o Foynes engineering ltd. will ensure that procedures are established to ensure that safe equipment and plant are provided for employees and non-employees.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Foynes Engineering Limited will conduct its operations in an environmentally responsible manner that is protective to our employees, all people offers by our operation and of the communities in which we operate. Our environment management system assures compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.

We are committed to the continual improvement of our environment programs and to pollution prevention. Foynes Engineering Limited has set forth the following objectives as part of our pro-active environment program that:

o Continue to improve our waste minimization program with a concentration on source and waste reduction, recycling and disposal of waste in an environmentally sound manner.

o Meet or exceed all environmental requirements.

o Respond immediately and appropriately to incidents that may endanger the Health & Safety of any persons, the surrounding community and the environment.

o Respond promptly to employee, contractor, client or community concerns regarding environmental issues.

o Use work / production processes that minimize environment impacts and do not use environment harmful substances.

o Make improvements by conducting self-assessments and performing audits utilizing the expertise of independent consultants.

o Contribute to the environmental awareness of our employees and all people affected by our operations.
